building your website

It is possible to get away without a website, and just use a Facebook page or your booking site page. But I think a website can elevate your business to a higher level if you’re wanting to expand or broaden your business beyond just services. It can also make you and your business look more professional by being able to be detailed about the services you provide, provide valuable information a client may want to know, tell your, ‘About Me’ story, and offer marketing portals like landing pages, instead of just having your booking site show the list of services your offer. You can also link an online store to your website, or create a blog. It gives a potential client more to look at and read instead of just a simple Facebook page. Some websites are free, some are included in your booking/POS software. ASCP insurance also has a website builder. I personally used Squarespace to create this site as well as my actual esthetic business site.
build it.
Either by yourself of have a professional do it. Can be done by yourself if you have the time, patience, and slight ability to do so. Get creative. This is your portal for clients to see what your business is like and what kind of service and treatment they’re going to receive. If your website offers your clients what they are looking for, they will trust you and book with you.
